“Aja’s participation in any project significantly increases each individual’s ability to dive more deeply into self inquiry and facilitate radical change within their work. Their ability to foster an environment that lovingly challenges, empowers, and encourages allows for successful collaboration while creating connection based on true creative exchange. Aja’s mind, heart, and soul create a holistic lens to reimagine perspectives that were unknown before awakening to thier vision.”

“I’ve hired Aja for several workshops for several successful college conferences and trainings. Aja captivates their audience by engaging them in their own learning. They often use experiential and reflective exercises leaving participants with the curiosity to continue to commit to social change. I’ve seen participants leave with not only knowledge, but the tools to bring change to their own communities. Aja is knowledgeable, adaptable, thoughtful, and has a natural talent to educate people of all ages and levels of understanding.”

“Aja’s impact as an artist and facilitator is profound to say the least. Having been exposed to Aja's work for over 5 years now, I can attest that what they generate is deeply from the heart (+a sharp mind!) and is imbued with a level of care, detail, and passion that sticks with the spirit long after an interaction is over.”

“I had the pleasure of working closely with Aja for four years. I got to see up close the hard work, thoughtfulness, and creativity that they put into her projects. One of the most impactful programs she developed while we worked together was a social justice-focused leadership certificate program that ran across a full semester. Aja worked with their colleagues to create an engaging curriculum that guided participants through a transformative consciousness-raising process focused on systems of oppression, participants’ personal relationships to those systems, and what to do about it. Participants reported learning material often not covered in their classes and feeling comfortable despite the tough conversations. I think that speaks to Aja’s unique ability to facilitate discussion and keep participants focused and connected to curriculum outcomes. And that program still exists today, years later. I’m so grateful to have been able to witness this seed they planted and cultivated.”
